The quality of the environment at Signes-en-Provence Business Park and the set-up terms it offers sets it apart.

A vast area

  • The Business Park covers 240 hectares,
  • of which 185 are earmarked for enterprises and 55 hectares are set aside for service activities and landscape features (woodland reserves, ornamental lawns, water features, etc.),
  • the site has significant potential with over 100 hectares available for development.

A harmonious, eco-friendly environment

  • The Business Park is at the foot of the Sainte-Baume massif, at an altitude of 455 metres, in a 5 500-hectare conservation area of forests and pine groves. It is also close to the Mediterranean shoreline. The air in the Business Park is extremely pure thanks to this combination of environmental factors.

High-specification space planning

  • A highly sensitive approach was taken when developing the Business Park project to comply with an urban and landscape planning charter,
  • a specification stipulates the rights and obligations of each of the parties involved; a planning regulation sets out the architectural code that covers all building work,
  • the Business Park is equipped with tasteful signage and street furniture features.

High added-value sectors and enterprises

  • The Business Park has over 80 buildings. They house both international groups (Coca-Cola Midi, Ipsen Pharma Biotech, Oreca) and a number of regional SMEs (Aéro 13, Elitech Microbio, Tade Pays du Levant),
  • Ten companies are currently setting up on site (Cintragemetal, Quai Sud, Sanogia, Tethys, …),
  • The Business Park, which accommodates about 1 500 employees, is a site on a human scale.
