The Signes-en-Provence Business Park was conceived and marketed by Var Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and it receives assistance from the state and local authorities (area community, communities, county and region). In this way it is able to offer competitive prices and tailored financial assistance.

Competitive pricing
The price is 25.15 € (before tax)/m2. The Single Professional Tax of the Area Community is particularly low (11.64%).

Made-to-measure plots
Plots are available from 5,000 m2 minimum up to some tens of hectares.
They are fully infrastructured: drains, medium-tension and low-tension electricity, water, natural gas and very high-speed telecommunications (fibre optics).

The Tertiary PAT zone (Prime d’Aménagement du Territoire, Land Planning Premium) gives the right to complete exoneration from the Professional Tax for 2 years followed by a 50% reduction for a further 2 years for certain activities.
