Presentation of the Business Park
Signes-en-Provence
Business Park stands out by the quality of its environment and the
conditions to be met by companies coming here.
A huge area
The Business Park covers a total area of 240 hectares, of which
185 hectares are for companies and 55 hectares reserved for the
park’s well-landscaped open spaces (which include wooded areas,
lawns and ponds) and its own services.
The Park’s size thus allows for construction or enlargement
of premises.
A harmonious and friendly environment
The Business Park is situated at the foot of the Saint Baume
Hills and is 455 meters above sea level in a preservation area of
5,500 hectares of forest and pine woodland, and is close to the
Mediterranean coast. This environment means that the air is very
pure.
Well-ordered
planning
The Business Park was created with great care in accordance with
a planning charter. The rights and obligations of all parties concerned
are defined in the conditions; building design is to conform to
planning rules.
Careful consideration has been given to signposting and street furniture
in the Business Park.

High added-value businesses
The Business Park is home to more than forty companies. These consist
both of international groups (Coca-Cola, Orangina, Ipsen Pharma
Biotech, Groupe Yves Rocher and more) and regional small and medium-sized
businesses. At present around ten companies are in the process of
setting up here.
The Business Park, with around 1,200 employees, is veritably a site
on a human scale.
Services to the park’s companies
Services to be found in the "Centre-vie":
A self-service staff restaurant and business restaurant.
A medical centre.

A project for a crib for companies on the
site is under consideration and it should be in place in September
2006.
Planning permission has recently been granted
for a 150-unit residential hotel.
